DFA Passport Philippines

The old office of the Department of Foreign Affairs located in Libertad, Pasay City no longer accepts Philippine passport application. If you are on your way to either a renewal, new application or for lost passport replacement, you will have to undergo the step by step process from online appointment reservation system to securing yourself a copy of the application form, producing the requirements and finally to coming over for your set date of appointment.

But most Pinoys are having a problem with locating the new DFA office in Macapagal Boulevard so this post aims to help those who are lost on their way to coming over for passport application and schedule of appointment. Please be reminded though that the new system requires you to make an online reservation prior to appearance for the actual application process.
